How far in advance do I need to book?
For a guaranteed twilight slot, book at least 48 hours ahead — sunset windows are limited each evening and we only shoot one property per window. Standard daytime-only shoots can often be booked same-week, and we'll always tell you honestly whether we can hit a true last-minute MLS deadline.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate for a twilight shot?
If clouds, rain, or a washed-out sky kill the sunset window, we reschedule just the twilight portion within 24–48 hours at no extra charge. Your HDR interiors and any drone aerials still deliver on the original schedule — the rest of your gallery isn't held up.
How do we receive our files?
Every gallery is delivered as a private online link — full-resolution JPEGs sized for MLS, web, and print, downloadable individually or as a batch zip. No watermarks, no login required for your sellers to view them.
Do you actually guarantee the same-day sneak peek?
Yes, on Premium and Luxury packages: 3–5 hero images land in your inbox the same day the shoot wraps, before the full gallery is finished editing. That's a delivery commitment, not a best-effort — it's what lets you get a listing live the same evening.
Can you turn a shoot around faster than the package default?
Same-day sneak peeks and 24–48 hour full galleries are already built into every package. If your deadline is even tighter than that, call us directly — we'll tell you straight whether it's possible before you book.
